Warning Triangle on Controller for Kneehab XP/MediStim XP/MediTens XP

TRIANGLE APPEARS IMMEDIATELY WHEN TURNED ON –
- Connection break- is garment on the leg? (Kneehab only)
- Are all 4 electrodes in position and in use?
- Are electrodes making full contact with skin?
- Is skin clean and dry?
TRIANGLE APPEARS WITHIN THE 1-2 INTENSITY INCREASE-
- Worn electrodes- replace
‘ERR’ ON CONTROLLER SCREEN
- Terminal issue with controller and must be replaced. Please make contact with us to discuss next steps.
